Dans le cadre d’une initiative du Secrétaire général de l’ONU, Kofi Annan, en vue de renforcer les liens entre l’Organisation et les représentants de la société civile, un programme destiné à la communauté afro-américaine se déroule aujourd’hui au Siège de l’Organisation à New York.
