The Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia, Andris Skele, is to visit United Nations Headquarters on Tuesday, 24 September. He will arrive at the Delegates' Entrance at 8:50 a.m. and proceed to the West Foyer to await the signing ceremony of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty.
