NOTE TO CORRESPONDENTS ANDORRA'S HEAD OF GOVERNMENT TO VISIT HEADQUARTERS ON 23 SEPTEMBER

Prime Minister Marc Forne Molne, Head of Government of the Principality of Andorra, will visit Headquarters on 23 September to confer with Secretary- General Boutros Boutros-Ghali and to address the General Assembly.

The Prime Minister and his party will arrive at the Delegates' Entrance at 9:50 a.m., proceed to room GA-200, then to the office of the Secretary- General.

At 9:55 a.m. the Prime Minister will pay a courtesy call to the President of the Assembly, Razali Ismail (Malaysia), after which he will enter the Assembly Hall to address the General Assembly.

Following his address, the Prime Minister will leave Headquarters by the Delegates' Entrance.

At 1:15 p.m., the Prime Minister will return with his party through the Delegates' Entrance, join other heads of State and government in the West Foyer, then proceed to the Delegates' Dining Room for a luncheon hosted by the Secretary-General at 1:30 p.m.

The Prime Minster will depart Headquarters by the Delegates' Entrance at 2:50 p.m.
