Le Secrétaire général est arrivé lundi 7 juillet à Sapporo, Hokkaido, au Nord du Japon, en provenance de Séoul, en République de Corée.  Il s’est immédiatement rendu au Sommet du G-8, qui se tenait à Toyako.
