On 14 November 2024, the Coordinator of the Panel of Experts on South Sudan briefed the members of the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 2206 (2015) in connection with the Panel’s interim report, which was submitted in pursuance of paragraph 18 of resolution 2731 (2024).
On 7 November 2024, and in pursuance of paragraph 5 of resolution 2664 (2022), a representative of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), on behalf of the Emergency Relief Coordinator, briefed the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 2206 (2015) concerning South Sudan on the delivery of life-saving assistance and other activities that support essential human needs in South Sudan.
On 7 November 2024, and in pursuance of paragraph 5 of resolution 2664 (2022), a representative of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), on behalf of the Emergency Relief Coordinator, briefed the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1591 (2005) concerning Sudan on the delivery of life-saving assistance and other activities that support essential human needs in Sudan.
Following consideration of a recommendation contained in the 2024 final report of the Panel of Experts on Yemen, submitted in accordance with paragraph 3 of resolution 2707 (2023), the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 2140 (2014) agreed to take a follow-up action in relation to the recommendation.
