The Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations continued its 2024 resumed session today, taking up responses to questions on deferred applications. The Committee also reviewed the provisional agenda for its 2025 session, as well as the skeleton report for its current session.

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has appointed Simon Springett of the United States as the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean, with the host Government’s approval. He leads the United Nations Subregional Team in 10 countries and territories, starting on 1 June.
