The Security Council Working Group on Children and Armed Conflict, in connection with the examination of the fifth report of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict in Colombia (S/2021/1022), agreed to convey the following messages through a public statement by the Chair of the Working Group:

On 18 July 2022, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1970 (2011) enacted the amendments, specified with strikethrough and/or underline, in the entry below on its Sanctions List of individuals and entities..

On 24 June 2022, the Coordinator and members of the Panel of Experts briefed the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 2127 (2013) concerning the Central African Republic on the Panel's final report submitted pursuant to resolution 2588 (2021).

During its informal consultations held on 1 July 2022, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 2206 (2015) concerning South Sudan was briefed by Ms. Virginia Gamba, Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict.
