HUMANITARIAN RELIEF PROVIDERS TO INITIAL LIST
In accordance with paragraph 12 and 16 (d) of resolution 1333 (2000), the Committee today approved the following organizations to be added to the initial list adopted by the Committee on 19 January 2001 (see Press Release AFG/123- SC/6994). The list will be updated as necessary.

NEW PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVE OF BULGARIA PRESENTS CREDENTIALS
Stefan Tafrov, the new Permanent Representative of Bulgaria, presented his credentials to Secretary-General Kofi Annan today.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Tafrov was his country's Ambassador to France. He also served as the permanent delegate of Bulgaria to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
