NEW PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVE OF MOROCCO PRESENTS CREDENTIALS

Mohamed Bennouna, the new Permanent Representative of Morocco, presented his credentials to Secretary-General Kofi Annan today.

On his arrival in Nairobi on 1 April, the Secretary-General was met by Professor George Saitoti, the Kenyan Vice-President.
