On 12 November 2015, the Security Council Committee pursuant to resolutions 1267 (1999) and 1989 (2011) concerning Al-Qaida and associated individuals and entities removed the names below from the Al-Qaida Sanctions List.

Between 27 and 29 October, the Governments of Morocco and Spain conducted “Gate to Africa”, a joint exercise designed to strengthen their national capabilities on security of radioactive material in transport, in this case, radioactive sources used for cancer therapy, by sea.

On 2 November 2015, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1988 (2011) approved the addition of the entry specified below to the Committee’s List (the 1988 List) of individuals and entities subject to the assets freeze, travel ban and arms embargo set out in paragraph 1 of Security Council resolution 2160 (2014).
