The General Assembly would take action on a wide range of disarmament issues, by the terms of 20 draft resolutions and two draft decisions introduced this morning in the First Committee (Disarmament and International Security).
The General Assembly would decide to restrict the length of documents produced by the Secretariat for its discussion or for its subsidiary bodies to 16 pages, under a draft resolution on reduction of paperwork introduced by the United States in the Fifth Committee (Administrative and Budgetary) this afternoon.
In Press Release GA/AB/3038 of 7 November, the first sentence in the first full paragraph on page 9 should be corrected to read as follows:
