The Secretary-General flew from Budapest, Hungary, to Hanover, Germany, on Saturday, 1 July, where he was welcomed by Mayor Herbert Schmalstieg and signed the city’s Golden Book for visitors.

On Tuesday, 4 July, the Secretary-General flew to Geneva, where he met in the late afternoon with his Special Envoy for the Balkans, Carl Bildt.

The Secretary-General left Warsaw by plane for Budapest in the afternoon of Wednesday, 28 June.

The Secretary-General travelled overland from Amman, Jordan, to Israel in the morning of Wednesday, 21 June.
