LIBRARY IN GEORGIA DESIGNATED AS UNITED NATIONSDEPOSITORY LIBRARY


NEW YORK, 27 May (UN Department of Public Information) -- The Georgian Intergovernmental Library, located in Tbilisi, has been designated a United Nations depository library, becoming part of an international network of 405 libraries in 146 countries and territories that brings United Nations documents and publications to users around the world.

VIENNA, 27 May (UN Information Service) -- Dr. Philip O. Emafo, an international drug control expert from Nigeria, has been re-elected President of the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) at its seventy-seventh session in Vienna (26 May-6 June).  Dr. Emafo was first elected President of the INCB in 2002.
