On 4 November 2014, the Security Council’s 2140 Sanctions Committee heard introductory remarks from its Panel of Experts in relation to the information previously provided by the Panel, pursuant to paragraph 21(a) of resolution 2140 (2014), relevant to the potential designation of individuals as subject to the assets freeze and travel ban measures.
On 9 May 2014, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 2127 (2013) concerning the Central African Republic added the three below-mentioned individuals to the List of Individuals and Entities Subject to the Measures Imposed by paragraphs 30 and 32 of resolution 2134 (2014).

On 28 October 2014, the Security Council Committee pursuant to resolutions 1267 (1999) and 1989 (2011) concerning Al-Qaida and associated individuals and entities removed the name below from the Al-Qaida Sanctions List after concluding its consideration of the de-listing requests for this name submitted through the Office of the Ombudsperson established pursuant to Security Council resolution 1904 (2009), and after considering the Comprehensive Report of the Ombudsperson on this de-listing request.
