At its second formal meeting on 14 November 2014, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1970 (2011) concerning Libya held a discussion with representatives to the United Nations of Libya, Algeria, Egypt, Greece, Italy, Malta, Niger, Sudan, Tunisia and Turkey on the implementation of the sanctions measures (including the arms embargo, the travel ban, the assets freeze and measures in relation to attempts to illicitly export crude oil) imposed by the Security Council in relation to Libya.

At its fifth formal meeting on 13 November 2014, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1591 (2005) concerning the Sudan met with representatives to the United Nations of the Sudan, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Libya, and South Sudan to discuss the implementation of the measures (arms embargo, travel ban and assets freeze) imposed by the Security Council in relation to Darfur.
On 14 November 2014, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 2127 (2013) concerning the Central African Republic drew attention to the recommendation contained in paragraph 223 (n) of the final report of the Panel of Experts on the Central African Republic dated 29 October 2014 (document S/2014/762), which is available on the Committee’s website.
