SECRETARY-GENERAL’S SPECIAL ENVOY TO REVISIT MYANMAR, 1–4 JUNE

The following statement was issued today by the Office of the Spokesman for Secretary-General Kofi Annan:

Razali Ismail, the Secretary-General's Special Envoy for Myanmar, will visit Yangon from 1 to 4 June to help facilitate the process of democratization and national reconciliation in Myanmar.  This will be his fourth mission to Myanmar.
