LIST OF PERSONS SUBJECT TO TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS, ISSUES REVISED LIST


On 9 July, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1343 (2001) concerning Liberia approved the removal of the following three individuals from the list of persons affected by the measures contained in paragraph 7 of the resolution:

KAMPALA/NAIROBI, 4 July (UNEP) -- Sharp increases in air and water pollution, land degradation, droughts and wildlife losses are facing Africa unless urgent action is taken to deliver environmentally-friendly development for its citizens, a report released today by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) says.
