GENEVA, 25 April (OCHA) -- The Inter-Agency Task Force for Disaster Reduction, established by the General Assembly, will convene for its first meeting from 27 to 28 April in Geneva to adopt a programme of activities on the implementation of the International Strategy for Disaster Reduction.
The Special Committee on decolonization this morning decided on representation to its Pacific Regional Seminar, which will be held in Majuro, Marshall Islands from 16 to 18 May.
