THE HAGUE, 17 March (ICJ) -- The President of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) has extended the time-limits for the filing of written pleadings in the case concerning Application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (Croatia v. Yugoslavia).
The Preparatory Commission for the International Criminal Court this morning began its fourth session of negotiations on the elaboration of the rules and guidelines necessary to the eventual functioning of the Court.
The Preparatory Commission of the International Criminal Court is going to hold its fourth session from 13 to 31 March at United Nations Headquarters in New York to continue elaborating the rules and guidelines necessary for the functioning of the Court.
THE HAGUE, 24 February (ICJ) -- Public hearings in the case concerning the aerial incident of 10 August 1999 (Pakistan v. India) will open on Monday, 3 April 2000, at 10 a.m. before the International Court of Justice.
