FORMER JUDGE ON INTERNATIONAL TRIBUNAL


The following statement was issued today by the Spokesman for Secretary-General Kofi Annan:


The Secretary-General was deeply saddened to learn of the death early this morning of Sir Richard May, former judge of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.
