JAMES LEMOYNE APPOINTED ACTING SPECIAL ADVISER ON COLOMBIA
On 13 November, the Secretary-General announced the appointment of James LeMoyne as Acting Special Adviser on Colombia. Mr. LeMoyne has been serving as Deputy Special Adviser to Jan Egeland, who, it was recently announced, would leave the United Nations early next year to become Secretary-General of the Norwegian Red Cross.
