The Secretary-General welcomes the launching of the International Code of Conduct against Ballistic Missile Proliferation.

On Tuesday afternoon, 19 November, the Secretary-General flew to Belgrade, where he met with Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica.

On the afternoon of 18 November, the Secretary-General and his party arrived, in Pristina, Kosovo, where they were briefed by the Head of the United Nations Mission in Kosovo, Michael Steiner.
