GENEVA, 17 March (UN Information Service) -- The rise of contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination and xenophobia was increasingly disturbing, the Special Rapporteur on racism, Maurice Glele-Ahanhanzo, told the Human Rights Commission this afternoon.
