The delegation of Mali has been chosen by lot to occupy the first seat in the General Assembly Hall during the fifty-third regular session, opening on Wednesday, 9 September. The delegation of Mali will, therefore, be seated in the front row at the extreme left (the Secretary-General's side of the podium).
