THE HAGUE, 6 February (ICJ) -- Today, Judge Shi Jiuyong (China) was elected
President of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) by his peers. Judge Raymond Ranjeva (Madagascar) was elected Vice-President. They will both serve a three-year term.
