FAO, European Commission forge strategic partnership to achieve development goals

BRUSSELS/ROME, 13 September (FAO) -- The European Commission and the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) today signed a strategic partnership agreement designed to reinforce their joint efforts to reduce poverty, promote agricultural development and fight hunger in developing countries.
