UNITED NATIONS TO SEND INTER-AGENCY MISSION TO WEST AFRICA
The Secretary-General has decided to dispatch an inter-agency mission to West Africa, from 6 to 26 March, led by Ibrahima Fall, Assistant Secretary-General, Department of Political Affairs. The mission will visit Côte d'Ivoire, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Togo.

AFRICAN MINISTERS OF PUBLIC SERVICE ADOPT CHARTER FOR PUBLIC SERVICE
NEW YORK, 8 February (DESA) -- Forty-one African Ministers of Public Service unanimously adopted a Charter of Public Service for Africa at the conclusion of the third biennial Pan-African Conference of Ministers of Civil Service, held in Windhoek, Namibia, from 5 to 6 February.
