Activities of Secretary-General in Qatar, 14-15 February

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres arrived in Qatar from Oman late on Tuesday, 14 February.

On Wednesday, in Doha, he met with Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar.  They discussed Qatar-United Nations relations and major regional issues, including Syria, Libya and Yemen.

The Secretary-General then flew to Cairo, Egypt.
