New Permanent Representative of Barbados Presents Credentials

The new Permanent Representative of Barbados to the United Nations, Keith Hamilton Llewellyn Marshall, presented his credentials to Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon today.

Prior to his appointment, Mr. Marshall was a member of his country’s Senate.  Between 1961 and 2010, he served in various capacities in the banking and insurance sectors at the national and international levels.

Mr. Marshall has also been actively involved in his country’s sporting, philanthropic and community organizations.

He was educated at Harrison’s College in Barbados, Barclays Bank Management College in Sussex, and the Chartered Institute of Bankers in London.
