NEW YORK, 6 March — (Division for Ocean Affairs and the Law of the Sea) — Maria Emilynda Jeddahlyn Pia Benosa of the Philippines has been awarded the 2017 Hamilton Shirley Amerasinghe Fellowship on the Law of the Sea.
