GENEVA, 13 March (UN Information Service) -- The Czech Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Justice, Legislation and Human Rights of Benin addressed the Commission on Human Rights this morning as it continued its general debate on the situation in the occupied Arab territories and the right to self-determination.
