Security Council adopts annual report to General Assembly

The Security Council, this morning, adopted its annual report to the General Assembly for the period 1 August 2003 to 31 July 2004.


The annual report to the General Assembly, which is required by Article 24, paragraph 3 of the United Nations Charter, was adopted as corrected.

ROME, 27 September (FAO) -- As natural disasters continue to plague the Caribbean and South Asia, Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) is working to provide emergency assistance to hurricane and flood victims in the worst-affected countries.
