Mancham, said this afternoon that a forum for national reconciliation within nations should be established to address internal differences that caused a majority of the world's conflicts. The Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunals in the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda, Judge Louise Arbour, this afternoon described as extremely important the arrest on Friday, 18 July, in Kenya of seven people -- virtually all of them key figures in the national leadership of the 1996 interim Government in Rwanda.
