United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon today announced the appointment of David Nabarro of the United Kingdom as his Special Envoy on Ebola and Anthony Banbury as his Special Representative and Head of the United Nations Mission for Ebola Emergency Response (UNMEER).
