Secretary-General Nominates Heidi Mendoza of Philippines Under-Secretary-General for Internal Oversight Services

United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, following consultations with Chairs of regional groups, informed the General Assembly of his intention to appoint Heidi Mendoza of the Philippines as the new Under-Secretary-General for Internal Oversight Services for a five-year non-renewable term.
