SECRETARY-GENERAL INTRODUCES PROPOSED 2002-2003 PROGRAMME BUDGET

TO FIFTH COMMITTEE

Following is the text of this afternoon’s address by Secretary-General Kofi Annan to the Fifth Committee of the General Assembly, introducing the proposed programme budget for the biennium 2002-2003:
