NO EVIDENCE OF H5N1 INFLUENZA IN SWINE IN VIET NAM –- FAO

BANGKOK/ROME, 6 February (FAO) -- The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) said on Friday that it had no evidence at this stage that swine were involved in transmission of the H5N1 influenza virus and the spread of the avian influenza epidemic.
