VIENNA, 3 May (UN Information Service) -- Five new Board members from Australia, Colombia, Ghana, Russian Federation and Turkey joined the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB), as it began its eighty-third session in Vienna, which is being held from 2 to 13 May.
United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan, accompanied by his wife Nane, arrived in New Delhi late on Monday, 25 April, from Jakarta, Indonesia, where he had attended the Asian-African Summit.
