The new Permanent Representative of Hungary to the United Nations, Zsuzsanna Horváth, paid a courtesy call on UN Secretary-General António Guterres today.  She earlier presented her credentials to the Secretariat on 16 February.

The new Permanent Representative of Guinea-Bissau to the United Nations, Henrique Adriano Da Silva, paid a courtesy call on UN Secretary-General António Guterres today.  He earlier presented his credentials to the Secretariat on 18 February.

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres today announced the appointment of Khardiata Lo N’Diaye of Senegal as his new Deputy Special Representative for Sudan with the United Nations Integrated Transition Assistance Mission in Sudan (UNITAMS), serving also as the United Nations Resident Coordinator and Humanitarian Coordinator.

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres announced today the appointment of Usha Rao-Monari of India as Under-Secretary-General and Associate Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

The new Permanent Representative of Cyprus, Andreas Hadjichrysanthou, presented his credentials to the Secretariat today.

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has appointed Peter Grohmann of Germany as the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Mexico, with the host Government’s approval.

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has appointed David Gressly of the United States as the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Yemen, with the host Government’s approval.  Mr. Gressly will also serve as Humanitarian Coordinator.
