United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and African Union Commission Chairperson Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma announced today the appointment of Abdul Kamara of Sierra Leone as Deputy Joint Special Representative for the African Union-United Nations Hybrid Operation in Darfur.
