AMMAN, 19 May (UNRWA) -- United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) is holding a two-day meeting with 27 of its major donors and host authorities to discuss the humanitarian assistance provided by the international community to the 4.2 million Palestinians scattered across the Middle East.
