To Discuss Budget of Tribunal, Issues Concerning Commission on Continental Shelf
NEW YORK, 1 May (Division for Ocean Affairs and the Law of the Sea) -- The Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf will examine the technical guidelines for submissions by States claiming jurisdiction over wide continental shelves when it meets at Headquarters from 4 to 15 May.

KINGSTON, 26 March -- The Council of the International Seabed Authority concluded this afternoon its work at the current part of the Authority's session, with calls for cooperation, solidarity and a greater resolve to tackle the key issues in the draft mining code when the session resumes in August.
KINGSTON, 25 March -- The Assembly of the International Seabed Authority decided this afternoon that the terms of office of members of the Authority's Council should be harmonized with the calendar year. The decision was taken without discussion or objection.
