LIECHTENSTEIN INSTITUTES PROCEEDINGS AGAINST GERMANY

THE HAGUE, 1 June (ICJ) -- Today, Liechtenstein instituted proceedings against Germany concerning "decisions of Germany ... to treat certain property of Liechtenstein nationals as German assets ... seized for the purposes of reparation or restitution as a consequence of World War II ... without ensuring any compensation".
THE HAGUE, 6 April (ICJ) - The public hearings in the case concerning the Aerial Incident of 10 August 1999 (Pakistan v. India) at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), which started on Monday, 3 April, were concluded today, enabling Members of the Court to start their deliberations.
