UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon today announced the appointment of Kim Bolduc of Canada as his Deputy Special Representative for the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH), where she will also serve as United Nations Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator. She succeeds Joel Boutroue of France. The Secretary-General is grateful to Mr. Boutroue for his dedication and service in Haiti.

United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has announced today the appointment of Rebeca Grynspan of Costa Rica as Under-Secretary-General and Associate Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Ms. Grynspan will replace Ad Melkert, who has been appointed the Secretary-General’s Special Representative for Iraq.
