Activities of Secretary-General in Switzerland, 18-20 January

On Sunday, 18 January, the Secretary-General arrived in Switzerland to attend his yearly retreat with his Special Representatives and Envoys.  The retreat, taking place outside Geneva, took place on 19 and 20 January. The sessions were closed.  The previously scheduled visit to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, was cancelled.

On 20 January, the Secretary-General left Switzerland to return to New York.
