New Permanent Representative of Kyrgyzstan Presents Credentials

The new Permanent Representative of Kyrgyzstan to the United Nations, Mirgul Moldoisaeva, presented her credentials to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon today.

From 2014 until her latest appointment, Ms. Moldoisaeva headed her country’s Department of International Cooperation.  Between 2011 and 2014, she served as an expert assigned to the Chief of the Situational and Analytical Unit of the Foreign Policy Department in the Office of the President.  Before that assignment, she was a foreign policy desk officer from 2005 to 2011.

Born in 1979, Ms. Moldoisaeva holds a bachelor’s degree in international law from the International University of Kyrgyzstan and a master’s degree in civil law from Kyrgyz State National University.
