New Permanent Representative of Mongolia Presents Credentials

The new Permanent Representative of Mongolia, Sukhbold Sukhee, presented his credentials to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon today.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Sukhee was Director of the Department of Public Administration and Management at the country’s Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Trade, having served as Acting Director of the Treaty and Law Department in 2012 and Deputy Director of the Department of Public Administration and Management from 2010 to 2012.
He was Second Secretary in Mongolia’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations from 2007 to 2010, having previously been appointed as Third Secretary in the Law and Treaty Department in 2006.
He also served as Attaché at the Department of Legal and Consular Affairs from 2000 to 2004, having joined the Ministry’s Department of International Organization as an Attaché in 1999.
He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia, and a bachelor’s degree in public international law from Moscow State Institute of International Relations in the Russian Federation.
He was born in 1976.
