Secretary-General Strongly Condemns Terrorist Attacks in Grozny, Says ‘No Justification’ for Acts of Terror
The following statement was issued today by the Spokesman for UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon:
The Secretary-General strongly condemns the terrorist attacks of 4 December in Grozny, Russian Federation. He reiterates that there can be no justification for acts of terror.
The Secretary-General sends his deepest condolences to the families of the victims of these heinous acts, as well as to the Government and people of the Russian Federation. He wishes a speedy recovery to those injured.
