Secretary-General Calls for Calm, Peaceful Resolution of Grievances in Mali

The following statement was issued on 22 March by the Spokesperson for UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon:

The Secretary-General is following with deep concern the developments today in Mali.  He calls for calm and for grievances to be resolved peacefully and within the democratic process.  The Secretary-General reaffirms United Nations support for the constitutional order in Mali.
