DISARMAMENT COMMISSION ELECTS CHAIR OF NUCLEAR DISARMAMENT WORKING GROUP


In a brief plenary meeting today, the Disarmament Commission elected by acclamation Paolo Cuculi of Italy as Chairman of its Working Group on Nuclear Disarmament for its 2009 substantive session.


The Disarmament Commission will meet again at a date and time to be announced.
